We pride ourselves on giving our couples flexibility on how to plan the most important day in their lives. Couples can opt to curate an In-House Package with our team OR build an outside team of creatives with the assistance of a Wedding Planner.
The best news of all - you don’t have to decide in order to secure your date! Most couples will book the venue with just the rental fee to start, and decide which option is best for them during the wedding planning process. You can take your time to decide which option is best for you, and 50% of the rental fee is all that is required to secure your date.

Lotus House offers the opportunity to create a bespoke event, tailored to their unique preferences and budget. TEN EASY STEPS TO PLANNING YOUR WEDDING
STEP 1: EXPLORE LOTUS HOUSE
Explore all that Lotus House has to offer. Your experience begins with a visit. Get to know Lotus House Events online via our website, visit our Instagram, and spend time exploring our galleries. Once you know that you are in love with our space, consider our offerings.
STEP 2: BOOK YOUR DATE
At Lotus House, you will book your date first. Availability and rental fees are available online for you to review; simply click HERE.
Once you have selected your date, our team will send you an agreement that includes all of our policies, procedures, and terms. We require a signed contract along with a 50% deposit to secure the space.
STEP 3: BOOK YOUR REQUIRED VENDORS
Bar services for all events at Lotus House must be provided by our in-house partners at Events with a Twist. This helps ensure your event is properly permitted.
DJ services must be provided by our in-house partners at Ultra DJs. This helps us to ensure we are being diligent in adhering to the local Noise Ordinance.
STEP 4: BOOK YOUR CATERER
Food is one of the most important elements of a wedding. Lotus House Events offers catering exclusively through Cut & Taste. We offer a wide range of menu offerings including butler passed hors d’oeuvres and stations along with buffets and seated dinners.
*Outside full services caterers may be allowed with a corkage fee of $1,000 per event. We require an Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator for weddings with outside vendors.
STEP 5: IN-HOUSE OR INDEPENDENT COORDINATION
When you host a wedding at Lotus House, we require that you have a Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator. Someone that will manage your vendors and timeline on your wedding day, so you don’t have to. You have two options to fulfill this requirement at Lotus House.
Option One: You can book all of your wedding services with our vendors, and we will coordinate all of your vendors and manage your timeline on your wedding day. As an added bonus, you receive $500 off services when booking all of our vendors.
Our Preferred Vendors have been individually selected by our Creative Director, award-winning Wedding Planner Andrea Eppolito. Each partner from photography to floral has been vetted and hand-selected. Their services are designed to ensure that you have absolutely everything you need to host a wonderful event, with some opportunity to customize your selections with personal touches.
Option Two: You plan your wedding using your own creative partners in conjunction with a Wedding Planner. Please note that all vendors are required to be licensed and insured in order to work at Lotus House. Full-service, partial, and day-of wedding planning services are available from our Preferred Vendors.
STEP 6: PERSONALIZE
Whether you are working with one of our wedding specialists or building a team of your own, we encourage you to personalize your wedding day with customized touches and little details. To help you develop your design, our venue coordinator will send you a list of elements that you may wish to personalize.
STEP 7: TIMELINE
If you booked all of your services through Lotus House, then our team will work with you to create the timeline for your wedding day.
If you choose to work with an independent wedding planner, we ask that your timeline be submitted to Lotus House at least 3 weeks in advance.
STEP 8: REHEARSE
Rehearsals are scheduled 2 weeks prior to your event, based on availability. Keep in mind, the day before your wedding day may not be available for a rehearsal.
STEP 9: EAT, DRINK, & BE MARRIED!
It’s your wedding day! Time to relax and enjoy yourself surrounded by those you love!
